Refund policy

TRIPLE TAKE – RETURNS POLICY

At Triple Take, we want you to love your hoodie as much as we loved creating it.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on full-priced Triple Take Hoodies within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Free from marks, stains, perfume or damage

  • Returned with all original tags and packaging

Items that don’t meet these requirements may not be approved.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your hoodie for a different size or colour, we’re happy to help—subject to stock availability.
Once your return is approved, we’ll ship your exchange at no additional cost.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account once processed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Items purchased during promotional periods

  • Gift cards


Faulty Items

If your hoodie arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


How to Submit a Return

  1. Email support@tripletake.com with your order number + reason for return

  2. Wait for approval + return instructions

  3. Ship your item back to us (tracked shipping recommended)

  4. Once received + inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange
